Preston V. Brandt, President:

Prior to co founding Brandt Property Services with his wife Sharon in February 2008, Preston was employed by two of Central Pennsylvania’s leading property management firms. While there, Mr. Brandt managed more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial, residential, retail and industrial facilities, construction and tenant improvements. During his career, Mr. Brandt also worked as a top level Mechanical Technician for both Cumberland Valley School District and Messiah College. Preston has earned a diploma from Harrisburg Area Community College in Industrial Maintenance Technologies, a “Universal” HVAC certification from Ferris State University and he holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Person License and a Pennsylvania Commercial Drivers License.

Sharon L. Brandt, Vice President:

Prior to co-founding Brandt Property Services with her husband Preston in February 2008, Sharon was employed by a local financial institute and one of Harrisburg’s premier retail management agencies. While there, Sharon’s responsibilities included property inspection and appraisal review, property management responsibilities, construction coordination and tenant relations. During her career Mrs. Brandt has worked in the hospitality sector with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts and the customer service sector with Lowes Home Improvement. Mrs. Brandt has earned her Bachelor’s degree from Messiah College in Political Science a diploma from Harrisburg Area Community College in Industrial Maintenance Technologies and she holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Person License.

Lee M. Brandt, Manager:

Prior to joining Brandt Property Services in January 2009 with his son and daughter in-law, Mr. Brandt owned and operated Lee M. Brandt Construction Services working with Chambersburg School District as a construction manager and consultant. Prior to his initial retirement in 2006, Lee worked for Cumberland Valley School District and South Middleton School District as Director of Buildings and Grounds and Director of Construction Management. Mr. Brandt successfully enjoyed more than 30+ years maintaining and constructing educational facilities for two (2) of Central Pennsylvania’s top ranked school districts. Lee also has worked in the automotive industry, mechanical trades industry and is a proud Veteran of the Vietnam War.
